The dieticians at Nutrisystem prepare all the foods using their own recipes, which are based on the low Glycemic Index of carbohydrates. This means that although the foods contain carbs, they take longer to break down in the body, which translates into weight loss. You don't feel hungry.
Without the recipes and having to prepare all the meals, you have more time to devote to yourself. Take a long soak in the tub, go for a walk or go shopping to buy new clothes for your new figure.
