Nutra Systems
Many people want to know how they know when they should eat the Nutra System food. When you
receive your food order for the first 28 days of the program, you also receive a meal planner. This planner tells you when you should eat which
foods. Of course, the specific entre you choose is up to you. The planner tells you, for example, to choose a breakfast entre, or a lunch entre.
There is also a 28-day diary so that you can check off each food as you eat it.
You do need to include fruits and vegetables in your diet in addition to the Nutrisystem food. The meal
planner will just say, "add a fruit" and the specific fruit you choose depends on your individual taste. The same thing applies to vegetables and
salads. While salads are a good way to include vegetables and fruits into your diet, some people just prefer to have them plain as part of the
meal and this is perfectly fine.
Once you look at the meal planner, you might think that there is a lot of food listed for each day and that by eating all of this you can't
possibly lose weight. You do need to eat all of the food listed. These foods take longer to digest and will keep you from getting hungry, which
is the design of the Nutrisystem diet. Eating all the foods will also ensure that your body is getting all the nourishment it needs for you to
stay healthy.
Of course, you can alter the arrangement of your meals, For example, if you are really hungry at lunchtime, you can choose to have a dinner
entre. The main thing is to choose one entre from each of the three meals each day. The same thing applies to snacks. You can switch your snacks
around so that you have the recommended afternoon snack in the morning. The foods for each day are intended to give your body the fuel it needs
to burn off the excess calories.
